What Ask is

Ask is the middle tab. It is a healthy eating coach you can talk to in plain English, any hour, about the food side of your week.

The Ask tab, with its opening greeting and the message box
Ask opens on a greeting. Type a question the way you would say it.

What it is for

Ask is there for the questions that do not have a button: why a meal was planned, what to do about a night that has gone sideways, how to handle a takeaway, what to eat before an early start.

It knows your plan. It can see the meals in your week, what you have marked as eaten, your food preferences and your household setup, so you do not have to explain your situation every time.

It can do things, not just answer

Replies often come with tappable pills underneath. Those either continue the conversation, take you to the right screen, or make the change for you. See what Ask can do for you.

The guidance is from AI

Ask is an AI coach, not a person. It is good at the food side and at turning a vague problem into a concrete change to your week. It is not a dietitian, and it is not your care team.

If you want a real person, the team is reachable on WhatsApp and by email. See get in touch with us.

Ask will not help with insulin doses, and that is deliberate. See what Ask will not do.

If it does not answer

If Ask cannot reach its service it says so in the thread, in as many words, and asks you to try again shortly. Nothing you typed is lost.
