Update your details and settings
Most of what shapes your plan can be changed in Settings. Here is what is there and how it behaves.
Planning
- Household size, the number of people you cook for.
- Portion size, from smaller to larger.
- Plan variety, how much the plan repeats the familiar or reaches for new things.
- Default meal times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Effort
Set how much time you want to spend cooking, per day and per meal, so busy days get quicker meals. See cooking effort and meal times.
Health data
Connect or reconnect a CGM. See Your CGM.
When changes take effect
Planning and effort changes apply to weeks created after you make them, not the week you are in the middle of. This keeps a plan you have already shopped for steady.
Things set during setup
Your diet and the allergens you avoid are set when you first onboard. Your email is fixed to your Apple sign-in. If you need to change any of these, email support@bolus.health and we will sort it out.
