Sign in with Apple

Bolus uses Sign in with Apple. It is the only way to sign in, which keeps things simple and means there is no extra password to create or remember.

How it works

The first time you sign in with Apple, Bolus creates your account. After that, signing in confirms it is you using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. Your Apple details stay with Apple. Bolus does not see or store an Apple password.

Staying signed in

You stay signed in for about a week at a time, so you are not asked to sign in every time you open the app. When a session runs out, you simply sign in with Apple again and pick up where you left off.

If you cannot sign in

  • Make sure you are signed in to your Apple account on your iPhone.
  • If you see a message about your session or token, sign in with Apple again to refresh it.

Your email address on the account cannot be changed in the app. If it needs updating, contact support and we will help.
