What a week looks like in Bolus
Your week is the heart of Bolus. It is seven days of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, put together for you, with a shopping list to match. Here is how to find your way around it.
Where your week lives
Two tabs at the bottom of the app cover the week:
- Today shows the meal in front of you right now, whether that is ready to cook or coming up next, along with the other meals for the day.
- Upcoming shows the whole week, day by day. You can switch between This week and Next week at the top.
What a meal shows
Each meal is a card with its name, the meal type (breakfast, lunch, or dinner), how long it takes to prepare, and the carbs per serving. An effort badge tells you roughly how much work it is, from Easy through to V.Tight for the quickest options.
Tap a meal to see the full detail, including ingredients and the step-by-step cook flow.
Your week is a starting point
Nothing in the week is fixed. If a meal does not suit, you can swap it, scale portions, or tell Bolus you are eating out. It all feeds into how the next week is built.
