How to do your weekly review
The review takes a couple of minutes. Bolus guides you through it a step at a time.
The steps
- A quick hello and a look at the week you have just had.
- What happened with your meals. Bolus shows the week and you confirm what you actually did with each meal: cooked it, skipped it, or ate out. You can adjust any of them inline.
- What worked and what did not. A short, no-pressure chat about the meals, so Bolus knows what to keep and what to change.
- Adjustments. Bolus tells you what it is changing for next week, and why.
- Set up next week, which creates your new plan and shopping list.
What Bolus takes from it
The review is looking for genuine likes and dislikes, not one-off circumstances. A meal you did not enjoy is worth flagging. A meal you skipped only because a night got busy is not held against it, so a good meal does not disappear just because life got in the way once.
Starting next week
