Install & sign in
The app will not install or open
Bolus is an iPhone app. If it will not install or keeps closing, work through these.
If it will not install
- Search for Bolus in the App Store on your iPhone, not on a computer.
- Check you are signed in to the App Store with your usual Apple account.
- Free up a little space if your iPhone storage is full.
- Update iOS. Bolus needs a reasonably recent version of iOS. Check for an update in your iPhone Settings, under General, then Software Update.
If it opens then closes
- Close it fully and reopen it. Swipe it away from the app switcher, then tap it again.
- Restart your iPhone. This clears a surprising number of one-off problems.
- Reinstall Bolus. Delete the app and install it again from the App Store. Your account and data are safe, since they live with your account, not on the phone. You will sign in with Apple again afterwards.
