How payment works

Bolus starts with a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, it becomes a subscription of £49 every three months, so you can keep planning your weeks. Everything to do with payment is handled by Apple through your Apple account, the same as any other App Store subscription.

The short version

  • You start with a 7-day free trial. You get full access while it runs, and you are not charged during it. See your free trial.
  • It becomes a subscription. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it renews into £49 every three months automatically. See what you pay and when.
  • Apple handles the money. Bolus never sees or stores your card. Payment, receipts, and renewals all sit with Apple.
  • You can cancel any time. Cancelling is done in your Apple settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See cancel your subscription.

Why it goes through Apple

Bolus is an iPhone app, so Apple requires that any subscription is bought through the App Store. That means Bolus does not take card details or store any payment information itself. It also means you manage everything in one place in your Apple settings: the price you see, renewals, cancelling, and refunds.

Where to manage it

Your subscription lives in your Apple account, not inside Bolus. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and choose Bolus. From there you can see the price, change or cancel it, and check when it next renews.

If something looks wrong with a charge, see refunds and billing issues, or email support@bolus.health and we will help.
