Your week in numbers
Meals this week
The card at the top of Insights is a plain tally of the week.
The day strip
Seven days across the top, each with a marker per meal, coloured by what happened: eaten, ate out, skipped, or still upcoming. It is the quickest way to see the shape of a week.
The four counts
- Eaten — meals you cooked and marked as eaten.
- Swapped — meals you replaced with something else.
- Ate out — meals a restaurant, takeaway or somebody else provided.
- Skipped — meals that did not happen.
What they are for
They are context, not a target. A week with three ate-outs is a normal week. The counts matter because they explain the rest of the screen: your food quality figures come only from the meals in the eaten count.
Swapped is not a bad number
A swap means you took the plan and made it fit your week, which is the app working. Bolus also learns from what you swapped away from. See how Bolus learns from your week.
If a count looks wrong
It is built from what you marked. If you forgot to mark meals, the weekly review lets you correct the whole week in a couple of taps. See how to do your weekly review.
