A summary for your care team

If you have an appointment coming up, Ask can put together a summary of what you have logged in Bolus, as a PDF you keep on your phone.

Asking for one

Tell Ask you have an appointment, or that you want a summary for your care team. It offers to build one, and asks which dates to cover.

Summaries cover whole plan weeks, so the dates you pick snap to the Monday and Sunday around them.

What is in it

• Meals you ate, with counts of eaten, swapped, ate out and skipped.
• Nutrition, as an average per Bolus meal across the range.
• Glucose around your meals, if your CGM is connected.
• Your weight trend.

It is a copy of information you can already see in the app, laid out to be easy to talk through. It does not grade you, diagnose anything, or make recommendations, and it carries a note saying so.

Where it goes

Nowhere, unless you send it. The PDF saves to your phone and you decide who sees it. Bolus does not send it to anyone, and does not have a link with any clinic or health service.

If it cannot build one

If there are no Bolus meals recorded as eaten in the dates you picked, Ask says so rather than printing a page of zeros, and suggests a different stretch.
