Get a copy of your data
You have the right to a copy of the personal data Bolus holds about you.
How to request it
There is not a download button in the app for this yet. To get a copy, email support@bolus.health from the address on your account and ask for a copy of your data. We will put it together and send it to you.
Because the request comes from your own account email, we can be sure it is you asking.
What it covers
A copy includes the personal data tied to your account, such as your profile and preferences, your plans and meal history, and any glucose readings Bolus holds. To understand what Bolus stores in the first place, see what data Bolus collects.
