When your next week arrives

A Bolus week runs for seven days. The next one is created through your weekly review, near the end of the current week.

The timing

• In the Upcoming tab you can switch between This week and Next week.
• Next week becomes available once you have done your weekly review, which Bolus offers a couple of days before the current week ends.
• When it is not ready yet, Bolus tells you roughly how long until it is.

This is on purpose. The review is where you tell Bolus what worked and what did not, so the next week is better for having waited a little.

Starting a new week

You do not have to wait for the exact end of the week. When the review is available, you can do it and create the next week whenever suits you. Your weeks do not have to start on a Monday.

If you are going away, you can set a week aside with Holiday Mode, so no meals or shopping are generated while you are off. See holiday mode.
