What the weekly review is
The weekly review is a short, friendly check-in at the end of each week. It is how Bolus learns what worked, and it is also how your next week gets created.
What it is for
Two things happen in the review:
- You tell Bolus how the week went, meal by meal, in a few quick taps.
- Bolus uses that to shape the next week, then builds it for you.
It is deliberately low-pressure. There are no scores, streaks, or grades, and a week where you ate out five times is not a failure. If a meal did not land, that is treated as something for Bolus to fix, not something you did wrong.
When it happens
Bolus offers the review a couple of days before your current week ends, and reminds you if you have not done it. Your next week becomes available once the review is done.
What comes out of it
At the end you see a short summary of what Bolus has changed for next week, and your new plan and shopping list ready to go.
