Your week

No week or meals showing

If Today or Upcoming looks empty, or you see a message that a plan could not load, try these before anything else.

Quick fixes

  • Pull down to refresh on the screen that looks wrong.
  • Check your connection, then refresh again.
  • Close and reopen Bolus.

An empty screen is sometimes a loading hiccup rather than a genuinely empty week, so a refresh often brings it back.

If you genuinely have no plan yet

  • Right after setup, your first week is generated as you finish onboarding. Give it a moment on the “putting your week together” screen.
  • Between weeks, your next week is created through the weekly review. If it is not there yet, you may need to do the review. See when your next week arrives.
  • In Holiday Mode, a week is intentionally left empty with no meals. See holiday mode.

Still empty

If a week that should be there stays blank after refreshing, use Report an issue from any screen, or email support@bolus.health. Tell us which tab is empty and roughly when it started, and we will look into it.
